Orders are placed by sending a WhatsApp message. An order is confirmed only after we reply to confirm availability, delivery charges and the final total.
When you place an order we receive your name, phone number, delivery address and the items you chose. We use this only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information.
Prices and stock can change. The final price is the one confirmed with you on WhatsApp.
Delivery time and charges are confirmed at the time of order. Due to the nature of health products, opened or used items cannot be returned. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Medicines marked Rx require a valid prescription, which you must share with us before dispatch.
